BUSINESS RELIABILITY IN CONNECTIVITY OF PERFORMERS

Before starting any business project, the question on its reliability arises. Obviously, in the case of predefined total values of resources (financial, human, etc.), project reliability depends mainly on its performers. In this paper, we suggest an algorithm that enables us to determine and select the performer groups before the project starts as well as estimate the project optimal budget and the project reliability.
