Disposition's Scheme of Cutting Edges with Combined Tools for Plastic Surface Deformation

The combined tools for plastic surface deformation (PSD) consist of cutting and deformation modules which are located in common body. In this case the machining regimes are defined from the possibilities of the cutting module, which has a floating cutting block (FCB). With a view of increasing the productiveness and ensuring appropriate initial roughness for PSD, the scheme with opposite location of the cutting edges is used. In this paper the tool's scheme with axis dislocated cutting edges is presented.
