Phase Analysis of Powder Mixtures of Graphite and Boron Carbide

摘要

The aim of the present work is to be created a method for a practical assessment of the phase composition of powder mixtures of graphite and boron carbide based on X-ray diffraction measurements The developed method allows the admixture of graphite in boron carbide powders to be relatively accurately determined. This method requires computerized X-ray diffraction apparatus with appropriate interface for maximal results.
