摘要

We have synthesized (TbY)_3Al_5O_(12):Ce,Gd (YAG:Ce,Gd) phosphors by substituting Tb~(3+) on Y~(3+) sites and investigated their luminescent properties. Moreover, a novel combination of the BaF_2/H_3BO_3 flux is used for the preparation of (Tb,Y)_3Al_5O_(12):Ce phosphors with high emission intensities. The maximum emission enhancement is 22.7% compared with phosphors synthesized without fluxes. The results can be applied in the field of white-light emitting diodes.
