This is the second special compilation of the Journal of Legal Affairs and Dispute Resolution in Engineering and Construction produced by ASCE and the American Arbitration Association/ International Centre for Dispute Resolution. The theme is "Alternative Dispute Resolution for the Engineering and Construction Industry." This compilation will be published in two sections: one is in this February 2013 issue, and the second part will be in the May 2013 issue.
