Carcinome papillaire sur kyste du tractus thyréoglosse : revue de la littérature et à propos d'un cas

Cancer of a thyroglossal duct cyst is very rare. Clinical presentation is identical that of a benign cyst, and the diagnosis is histopathological. We report the case of 36 year-old women treated for papillary carcinoma of a thyroglossal duct cyst. The treatment was surgical excision according Sistrunk method. There was no distant spread. After 22 months follow up, the patient is alive, with no signs of recurrence.%Les cancers sur kyste du tractus thyréoglosse sont très rares. La présentation clinique est identique au kyste bénin et le diagnostic est anatomopathologique. Nous rapportons l'observation d'une femme âgée de 36 ans ayant présenté un carcinome papillaire du kyste du tractus thyéoglosse. La patiente a bénéficié d'une exérèse selon la méthode Sistrunk. Le bilan d'extension est resté négatif. La patiente est actuellement en vie sans signes de récidive après un suivi de 22 mois.
