Laparoscopic management of congenital ovarian cysts is widely practiced but there is a dearth of informationnon the performance of the gonad where organ-preserving surgery is undertaken. Presented is a radiological diaryndocumenting the progress of a complex congenital ovarian cyst from the antenatal period to a year postlaparoscopicndecapsulation.
