Moscow Social Card: accessibility and social inclusion

Smart cards for use in public transport are no longer the rarity that they were only a few years ago. But some cities have gone further with the card than a mere transit application. In Moscow, the smart card based system deploys a wide range of applications for certain categories of the population - public transport, medical services, retail, banking, insurance and 'social taxi' - to name but a few.
