伝統文化の継承に配慮した復興まちづくり

東日本大震災から4年が経過し、復興整備が本格化している。復興道路などはその最たる現場であり、一部区間を除き今から4年以内の開通を目指しており、他地方からの応援も多く、活気に満ちている。また、津波被害で甚大な被害を受けた陸前高田市では、来るべく津波に備え市街地の嵩上げ工事が着実に実施され、防災まちづくりの原型が見え始めている。%Four years have passed since the occurrence of the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 11,2011. Revival of infrastructure has started completely. In this special edition, the town and community of the Tohoku district coastal place which consider succession of disaster traditional culture were introduced. The geographical feature of the coast in Japan is various. These towns led the life corresponding to the land, and have completed special traditional culture. On the other hand, an area which chose formation of uniform culture also exists. Many of structures were flushed by tsunami in the area which faced on the coast. The concept of the human being who dealt with the revival from an earthquake disaster is reflected greatly. Three reports introduced by this special edition are introducing the example which chose utilizing an old tradition in a town and a community. They have faced the reality which suffered a great deal of damage squarely. On the other hand, they are going to tell the wish to inherit to posterity.
