This the second part of a review on cetacean conservation in the UK covering legal aspects of conservation. The first part covered the established and emerging threats affecting cetaceans. This review makes a series of recommendations that should be urgently implemented if the policymakers in the UK truly plan to meet their conservation commitments and save the British whales and dolphins for generations to come.
