Optimising the Broadband Expectation to Meet Customers' Desires

'The Magic Potion to Meet Customers' Desires' has to be melted and cooked into an appropriate environment. The most adequate environment is broadband. Wireless broadband is one of the key differentiators in the fixed, portable and mobile access market for providing voice and data services for all type of users. A key issue for the success of wireless broadband access systems is global standardisation, which can improve the equipment, bring down the cost, and expand the applicability to lower-volume users through the so-called low-cost CPE. This paper analyses broadband services from all possible angles.
