Multichannel Contact Strategy Helps Outpatient Healthcare Access

Research based on the Finnish industrial statistics (by Maliranta and Rouvinen) confirms that the productivity improvements in firms correlate to organisational and process changes.These results implied a further question: which types of process changes create the most beneficial productivity improvements in different environments? The research on process improvements has been done in ETLA (The Research Institute of the Finnish Economy) and in the University of Oulu, Finland.
