"Challenge is designed to inspire, leaving participants with the highest sense of achievement and Developing Communities with essential support. Towards the end of school I'd set my mind on travelling. But with no income and not really any means to do it by, I stuck a firm pin in that. I floundered around for a while, going to open university days and applying for sixth forms here and there - completely halfheartedly I might add.
