Development and Analysis of Agile Architectural Project Design

Agile techniques are required to contribute to the development of architectural engineering design, especially in uncertain or changing environments, where innovation is most likely to occur. How can agile techniques be applied on the architectural design process?. The main aim of this research paper is to answer this question. Initially, traditional architectural design process is investigated and analyzed; the environment that supports flexibility and agility, including people has been described and proposed. Finally, differences between agile based architectural engineering design and the traditional approaches have been carried out; consequently, managing changes requirements using agile tools are analyzed. As a result, agile techniques have positive effect on the overall architectural process. The developed agile design of architectural process reduces time, costs, and satisfies the customer needs, that helps in increasing profits and helps in improving quality by aggregating and tracking process problems. This conclusion can be used by architectural firms to manage challenges when trying to respond quickly to market changes.
