摘要

Fairness is important in electronic: lottery scheme. Based on the interpolated polynomial theory, Verifiable Random Number is proposed over finite field Fp, which assures the generated result is fair for all entities. A fair e-lottery scheme is given with verifiable random number. When the number of participants is large, a structure of multi-level polynomial is constructed which makes computational time increases lineally even if the number rises exponentially. The improved lottery scheme is secure, fair and efficient, which is suitable for mobile user.
