Open and dynamic Internet environment increased the uncertainty of composition service selection and users weight expressed by pair-wise comparison matrix is closer to users habits. To solve the above difficulties, this paper presents a novel hybrid QoS model supporting real numbers, interval numbers, triangular fuzzy numbers and intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, a strategy for aggregating composition service QoS and a user weight model expressed by pair-wise comparison matrix firstly. Furthermore, Web service composition algorithm based op AHP and TOPSIS (WSCA_AT) is presented, which includes five main steps: calculating user's weight, converting hybrid QoS into intervals, weighting normalized decisionmatrix, determining the positive and negative ideal solutions and calculating the closedegrees of candidates. Finally, some experiments demonstrate the benefits and effectiveness of our approach.
