Research on Electrical Energy Consumption Efficiency Based on GM-DRA

Based on the efficiency of electric energy consumption, the method system of GM-DEA (Grey Theory and Data Envelopment Analysis) was established. By forecasting the input and output indexes using GM theory and evaluating the forecast results by combining DEA technique, the objective analysis of electric energy consumption was obtained by using the data model. Taking Beijing as an example, the propose of improving Beijing electric power consumption efficiency was discussed and some effective measures to increase the utilization efficiency of electric power enterprise was put. forward on the basis of the above research. This example shows that the proposed approach has mature theory foundation, simple operation, and provides a new method for the research of electric power consumption efficiency.
