摘要

Using the sequential sampling test of rolling bearings as the research background, the reliability sequential compliance method for Weibull distribution was deduced on the basis of the sequential probability ratio tests of exponential distribution. Considering that the sequential compliance test plan was extremely sensitive to the estimated value of shape parameter and the true value of shape parameter, the mathematical expression was established to illustrate the relationship between the value of shape parameter and the acceptance probability according to the theory of sequential test plan. Seen from the simulation test results, the greater deviation degree between the estimated and the true value of shape parameter, the greater gap of the corresponding risk, and this is consistent with the theoretical analysis. Lastly, based on the situation in engineering that the test cannot be ruled at the end of the test, life prediction of trial products without fault as a new failure time was put forward to effectively implement the reliability sequential compliance method for Weibull distribution.
