EFFECTIVE PRODUCTION MONITORING SYSTEM FOR CNC MACHINE USING WIRELESS DATA LOGGER

Industries operate in a systematic manner. Maintaining & monitoring the record of each process is quite difficult, but still they carry out it in black and white forms. The drawback of maintaining it in black and white forms is that its time consuming, cumbersome & inefficient In this paper, we are suggesting an alternate effective method of maintaining records. Our idea is based on wireless data logging system, which facilitates on spot data logging and automatic record generation. This paper helps the industries to analyze, through which the productivity can be improved.
