Calling All Commissioners:We Need More Internal and External Advocacy

This Column is aimed specifically at my fellow commissioners. The housing and community development (HCD) industry needs you to step up to the plate: both internally, within NAHRO, and externally on a local, state, regional and national level. First let me discuss the need for your internal involvement within NAHRO. I have been asked by Alan Styles, the Vice President of the Commissioners Committee, to serve as the Commissioners' Legislative Sub-Committee Chairperson. I am honored to do so.
