Anew study by the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research suggests that metropolitan neighborhoods are more racially integrated than they were at any time since 1910.The report, titled "The End of the Segregated Century: Racial Separation in America's Neighborhoods," uses data from the Census Bureau spanning more than a century to determine the shift in residential segregation.
