Affordable housing project design is about much more than aesthetics. Whether the buildings are newly constructed or part of a modernization project, they need to be sustainable, efficient, and improve the quality of life for those living in or around them. The six winners of the Award of Excellence in Project Design have excelled at this—each project is not only beautiful and visually appealing infrastructure, but also benefits the community, environment and the local economy.
