DOT Issues Final Rule Embedding Trump's Regulatory Reform Effort in Federal Regulations

This report highlights those aspects of regulatory reform the administration is entering into Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Drawing from executive orders issued to initiate and implement regulatory reform, the final rule addresses three areas: rulemaking; guidance material; and enforcement procedures.
