A Robust D-Stability of Polynomials with Nonlinearly Dependent Perturbations

This note deals with the problem of the robust D-stability of polynomials with coefficients that are nonlinear functions of perturbed paremeters. The D-stability conditions and the sufficiency algorithm are given for such a polynomial.
