摘要

A transformation system was established for loblolly pine (Pinus taeda L. ) mature zygotic embryos using lgro- bacterium tumefaciens. The gene coding for the β-glucuronidae (GUS) gene was introduced into loblolly pine tissues and centrations, and cocultivation time on GUS expression frequency (16.3/100) and shoot regeneration frequency (7.8/100) were obtained from genotype 9-1003 with Agrobaclerium concentration decreased 9 times and cocultivation time of 56 hours, re- spectively, GUS expression was obtained in all genotypes tested.
