Computers can do increasing level of medium monitoring. This paper presents a solution that can do, driving by software, spearing human activity and much faster decisions. Applications can be used in automation systems for area with noninvasive methods or which have a high level of toxicity. Thus, we can monitor levels, volumes of fluids, and changes in environments. Methods have advantages of using mathematical functions for digital signal processing of a video signal. Functionally, the system has a video camera, a computer and software. The software is made by specific programming language with a high level of mathematical function integration. This application can reveal specific power hydrographic parameters and environment. Because monitoring area can be large, this method has advantages comparing with classical methods which need many sensors and sensor networks.
