摘要

Non-conventional separation method, supercritical fluid CO_2 extraction (SFE-CO_2), represents a modern technology process. SFE-CO_2 fits to the rigid requests of the precise eco-tech process and represents a perspective method for obtaining eco-pure extracts from animal and plant natural material. Obtained extract are both organic solvents - free and not contaminated with heavy metals and different types of microorganisms. The aim of this article is investigation of solubility of active components present in fish samples during its extraction with supercritical fluid. As natural raw material for isolation of biologically active components different fish samples (raw caviar from fish, Cyprinidae: Carassius sp.) is applied, and as working fluid for extraction the supercritical CO_2 was used. For determination of solubility of organic active components (unsaturated fatty acids) the dynamic method was used and the impact of the following working parameters is analysed: working pressure (bar); working temperature (℃); working time (h). On isolated and refined various type fish oils (omega-3-acids) characterisation and defining of its composition is made with application of modern instrumental methods (GC chromatography). Obtained results are shown for various fish oils.
