摘要

The main aims of this research work consist in the establishment and applying of biotech-nological proceedings to lead and control the continuous cultivation of selected edible mushroom species by using a modular robotic system that was designed according the highest food quality standards of the European Community. Through the implementation of this modern robotic system all the manipulation and cleaning operations can be achieved in a fully automatic way inside the aseptic chambers in order to avoid all the human errors and protect the inner microenvironment against microbial food contamination. This modular robotic system provides automatic sterilisation of composts, fully automatic inoculation in aseptic chamber by controlled injection device containing liquid mycelia as inoculum, incubation and mushroom fruit bodies formation in special chambers with controlled atmosphere as well as the automatic picking up of edible mushroom fruit bodies. By using such robotic system for continuous controlled cultivation of the mushroom species Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinula edodes, the winery and vineyard wastes can be recycled as useful raw materials for mushroom growing in order to get significant mushroom fruit body production and protect the natural environment surrounding the vineyards as well as wine-making industrial plants.
