摘要

Among the natural environmental factors directly influenced by climate change are the sea level and ocean level rise and by default the level of the Black Sea, due to melting glaciers under the effect of global average temperature increase. Climatic risk phenomena is the object of extended research, due to its specific characteristics (severity, recurrence, temporality, etc.), which through its strong ecological and economic impact is in the special consideration of the international organisations and specialised institutions of various countries. Thus, the growing frequency and intensity of extreme weather events (storms, squalls, tornadoes) rising sea levels during storms (storm surges), drifting sand effect due to wind action, particularly strong wave action during storms, was felt more strongly in the last half century, highlighting the increasing risk in terms of hydrological or meteorological phenomena/climate. This paper analyses some of the multiple changes induced by climatic factors influence stairs along the western shore of the Black Sea.
