ASPECTS OF DETERMINING THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ECOLOGICAL RESTORATION OF THE POLLUTED LAND IN ZLATNA AREA

In all industrialised countries, the problem of pollution has become a major concern with important implications for the environment and therefore on man and his life. The purpose of this article is to present some aspects regarding the necessity for remediation costs of agricultural land contaminated with heavy metals in Zlatna area. The main objectives taken into account consisted of a brief presentation of Zlatna area, identifying the main sources of pollution in the area, and the estimation of costs related to the ecological rehabilitation of polluted agricultural land. The related scientific approach of this research is based on information from literature and national specialty practice, based on existing information from a technical standpoint, our contribution resuming calculating costs for the remediation of this area.
