摘要

This study demonstrates the electrochemical degradation of mixed solutions containing marine functional sugars in an electrochemical reactor to generate a product solution containing chitosan oligosaccharide and monosaccharide. The chitosan oligosaccharide and monosaccharide produced were then separated using simulated moving beds (SMBs). This study also proposed an integrated coupling control method based on electrochemical reactions and SMBs and also determines the optimum conditions for electrochemical reactions and separation using SMBs. In addition, an integrated reaction separation pilot device with four columns and two blocks was also established. The experimental results showed that this device can be used to obtain target products with a purity of more than 80%. The results not only greatly enrich the industrialisation theory, but also provide a reference for the development and utilisation of renewable resources of marine organisms.
