PLANNING OF RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT FOR COMMUNITY PHYSICAL EXERCISE IN YANGTZE RIVER DELTA

Starting from the internal and external conditions of promoting community residents' sports participation, this paper analyses the significance of the establishment of community sports living environment index system by using the methods of literature, Delphi and mathematical statistics. From the perspective of using sports to seek community development and construction, this paper systematically constructs the evaluation framework of sports human settlement environment according to the relevant theories of space sociology. The experimental results show that it is an effective way to develop community sports through market mechanism by setting the gymnasium in the central area of the community so as to improve the quality of the community. The concept of sports human settlement environment has extensive extrapolation. The obstacle of its popularisation is not the increase of real estate development cost, but the lack of understanding of this concept and the lack or imperfection of corresponding sports public policies. The results of this study provide a certain reference value for the construction of existing community sports facilities.
