To optimise some disharmonious development tendencies in the development of rural cultural tourism due to the impact of market economy and the blind pursuit of maximum interests, it centers on the connotation of regional culture and takes Yuanjia Village as the main case. The systematic study of Yuanjia Village is carried out with the 'authenticity' of regional culture, from the perspective of appropriate spatial scale, resource integration of spatial environment and expression atmosphere of overall rural culture, the problems of regional culture expression in landscape design are analysed and optimised. Finally, the goal of optimising the landscape structure of rural cultural tourism, promoting the efficient operation of cultural tourism resources, and inheriting and developing traditional regional culture is realised.
