摘要

Currently, at national and international level there is a major interest regarding the concerns for enhancement of cultural heritage, by supported strategies and actions of rehabilitation, conservation, restoration and enhancement of buildings included in national and international cultural heritage. All these concerns are supported by legislation that creates the need legal framework to fulfill the desire to transmit to future the cultural legacy of people. It is important to mention that, among the taken measures, they are technical solutions that lead to a real protection of cultural heritage, focusing on creating an appropriate technical framework, to be applied to these buildings with special status. From topographic point of view, a topographical survey of heritage buildings was carried out. After processing the data the topographical plans with building footprint were obtained, and there was achieved the releves of each rooms under study and the specific structural parameters (developed areas, useful areas, volume, etc.) were calculated. We also have achieved the 3D models of buildings that were directly used to effectively plan the measures for renovation and rehabilitation. The topographical documentation stands at the basis of the rehabilitation works.
