PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method and a computer program for performing a survey on a secular change of a building, which enable even an ordinary person with no expert knowledge to easily grasp the results of the survey.;SOLUTION: This system comprises: an omnidirectional image taking means for taking an omnidirectional image; an image converting means for converting the omnidirectional image to a panoramic one; a display control means for displaying at least a part of the panoramic image on a screen of a display unit, and for displaying one or more pieces of discrimination information, indicating the conditions of the building and input by an input means in one or more layers superposed on at least a part, on the screen; and a storage means for storing the panoramic image, the one or more pieces of discrimination information input in the one or more layers, and detailed condition information input by the input means and associated with the one or more pieces of discrimination information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
