RESEARCH ON DRIVING MECHANISM OF TRANSACTION COST, CONVERGENCE INCOME AND INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT OF THREE INDUSTRIES IN RURAL AREAS PROMOTING RURAL VITALISATION

The agricultural industry chain is short, and all links have developed separately. With low benefit, the income of farmers is growing slowly, and the form of agriculture is single. There are fewer jobs in rural areas, and a large number of rural young and middle-aged labourers have flown into the secondary and tertiary industries of the cities. The Strategy of 'Rural Vitalisation' has pointed out the direction for solving the 'three rural issues'. This study intends to analyse the intrinsic economic logic of the integrated development of rural industries. Through research, the integrated development of the three industries in rural areas is an important way to realise the increase in efficiency of rural industries, increase employment, and increase the income of farmers. It is important for us to crack down on real issues such as the 'shell village' and '993861 troops' in the 'three rural issues'. In addition, tertiary industries in rural areas reduce the circulation of agricultural products, extend the agricultural industry chain, and promote more profits in the agricultural industry rather than spillovers. The multi-function of agriculture needs to expand, broaden the channels for increasing income, increase the benefit of the agricultural industry, increase the number of jobs, and increase the income of farmers. These provide theoretical and practical references for rural vitalisation and the transformation of agricultural industry in China.
