This book aims to introduce the reader to good practice in Environmental (Impact)nAssessment (EA) and demonstrate the use of methods and techniques for allnelements of the process. It does so successfully, providing a useful, if not novel,naddition to the library of EA texts now available. Although the book is largelynbased upon experience gained in the UK, the focus on process rather than proceduresnand the use of some case studies from elsewhere means readers from otherncountries will find much of interest.
