Litigating problems that arise from natural resources exploitation in foreign courts: impediments to Justice

Natural resources exploitation in the host states has caused injuries to the host populations. Because most host states' laws are inadequate to offer relief to such victims, the trend now in for victims to seek redress in the courts of home states of NMCs that develop these resources. This article examines the impediments faced in foreign courts by such victims.
