Flat-screen TVs once again took center stage at this year's IFA. The IFA2007 exhibition for consumer electronics opened at Messe Berlin in Berlin on August 31 and closed on September 5. The show attracted more than 200,000 visitors. While flat-screen TVs were also the focus of the Combined Exhibition of Advanced Technologies (CEATEC), the electronics trade show in Japan, and at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the electronics trade show in the United States, the approach among exhibitors at IFA2007 was somewhat different.
