Mitsubishi Electric Corporation aims to expand its overseas operations by implementing optimized strategies for each region. The Global Strategic Planning & Marketing Division of the company takes the role of regional planning for the entire company, while its Regional Corporate Offices in each region pursue strategies in coordination with respective Business Groups. In this interview with JEI, Takashi Sasakawa, Executive Officer, General Manager, Global Strategic Planning & Marketing Division of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, discusses the roles and endeavors being performed by the Global Strategic Planning & Marketing Division.
