One could read many articles published in the past few years advising how administrators and librarians should plan for newer technologies and capitalize on social media to reach out to their patrons. Another approach is to ask your library student assistants or information technology staff. Such action requires time and resources, both in short supply. Instead, consider Library Technology and User Services: Planning, Integration, and Usability Engineering, which puts all of these aspects and more into one package.
