DEFENSE SCIENCE BOARD RELEASES UNCLASSIFIED EMS STUDY REPORT

The Defense Science Board (DSB) has released an unclassified version of its study "21st Century Military Operations in a Complex Electromagnetic Environment." The Office of the Secretary of Defense assigned the report to DSB in 2013, and it was completed last year and published in classified form. The unclassified version, which is dated July 2015, was published on the DSB website just last month.
