In economic and trade transactions, lawsuits of contracts for international sale of goods are unavoidable. On these international commercial lawsuits, ho to use the law of economic and trade suitably and how to strive for the ini- tiative are rather important links in settling the disputes of contracts for international sale of goods. Around a concrete contract dispute, this article will investigate and analyse those relevant legal problems, so as to help the self - protection consciousness and the trade practice of the parties.
