A new damping composite of CPE/BaTiO_3/VGCF has been developed on the basis of the piezo - effect and conductivity mechanism. The conductivity of composites varied with the VGCF content are tested and analyzed. The results indicate that the conductivity of composites Grows up slowly as the VGCF content is in the range of 10/100-20/100.
