摘要

One very rewarding experience for a hospitality educator is to see the reactions on students' faces as they enter Chicago's McCormick Center for their first day of the National Restaurant Association Show. With an abundance of exhibitors and educational sessions this is not only a “must attend” experience for culinarians and restaurateurs; it is also the ideal location to enhance hospitality students' educational background through self-directed learning.
