CdZnTe radiation detectors

摘要

The spectrometer charcteristics of the room-termperature CdZnTe detectors, which were manufactured from the crystals grown by VPG, were determiend. The energy resolution of the best samples were 6/100 (FWHM) for E_γ=59.6 keV and 5/100 (FWHM) for E_γ=662 keV.
