Instrumental Methods of Approximating Functions of Random Arguments and of Determining Their Moments Using Spectrum Analyzers

The possibility of an instrumental analytic representation of functions of random arguments and of determining their moments by using the interrelationship between Chebyshev polynomials and trigonometric functions is demonstrated.
