Tribhuvan University

摘要

Tribhuvan University (TU) is the first national institution for higher education in Nepal. It is the oldest of the universities in Nepal. Named after the late King Tribhuvan it was established in 1959, with the following objectives: to produce skilled manpower essential for the overall development of Nepal, provide quality higher education, carry out research in multiple sectors, to preserve and develop the culture and tradition of the nation; and enhance, disseminate and expand the knowledge and research of arts, science, technology and other vocational fields.
