2007 Anniversary Symposium of the State Key Laboratory of Natural and Biomimetic Drugs and The 1st Round-Table Symposium of Chemical Biology on Nucleic Acid and Carbohydrate Successfully Held

2007 Anniversary Symposium of the State Key Laboratory of Natural and Biomimetic Drugs and The 1st Round-Table Symposium of Chemical Biology on Nucleic Acid and Carbohydrate was held at Peking University Health Science Center, Oct. 22nd - 23nd, 2007. The Anniversary Symposium was presided over by Academician Li-He Zhang. The officials from Ministry of Education, National Natural Science Foundation of China and Peking University Health Science Center presented. Wei-Gang Fang, the vice director of Peking University Health Science Center and Zhong-Liang Lei from Ministry of Education, made speech at the opening of the symposium. In their speech, high appreciation was given to the achievements of the State Key Laboratory, and the tendency of future development was pointed out. They also encouraged Lab members to make full use of the advantage of interdiscipline, and make more contributions to the development of medical enterprise in China.
