Comparing transactional forms in administered, contractual and corporate systems in grocery distribution

The typology of administered, contractual and corporate vertical marketing systems is tested through transactional form constructs (e.g., centralization and formalization). Our results show significant differences among the three types of organizational modes within the grocery distribution industry.
